Integrating ReCharge Subscriptions to your products

This article will help you implement ReCharge App to your subscription orders on GemPages sites.

ReCharge (is a chosen Shopify plus app partner for subscriptions) creates recurring orders and subscriptions that boost up your customer retention. Customers can easily add the items they want to subscribe to their cart exactly as they would with a one-time purchase. The integration between GemPages and ReCharge allows you to add subscription functionality to new products pretty quickly and easily with only 6 steps.

Install Subscription by ReCharge from the Shopify app store

  • Step 2: Come back to Gempages to integrate with the product you want. Access the Library, by clicking on the Library button on the toolbar of the editor page.

Add the ReCharge Subscription element in GemPages

  • Step 3: Select the Element tab on the box and then enter “ReCharge” into the Search box on the top to find it out. It should be in the Third-party item.

  • Step 4: Select the element and click Add element at the bottom of the appearing pop-up. It will be added to the left sidebar.

Set up the ReCharge Subscription element in GemPages

  • Step 5: Wait for the app to be configured (usually a few seconds). On your left, simply drag and drop the ReCharge Subscriptions element into your current page.

If you see an error message saying that "This field is dropped in Product Module Only", you should drag the ReCharge element into Product Module as below.

  • Step 6:  Set up advanced settings. GemPages allows you to align the element to the left, center, or right with Alignment setting. You can also customize the content of product review under Extra Class.

That's it! ReCharge will be implemented into the current product as you have configured in the ReCharge app. When everything is perfect, don't forget to Save the changes or hit Publish and the changes should soon be visible on your page.
