Lazy loading for video thumbnails
We are thrilled to announce the latest feature that has just gone live – Lazy Loading for video thumbnails. With the new lazy loading feature, video thumbnails will now only load when users come into view on the screen, which will significantly improve the page load time and overall user experience.
New Preview page for pre-designed templates
GemPages has recently made several improvements to enhance the interface of preview.gempages.net to make it more modern and user-friendly including:
- Improve the website preview functionality to ensure faster loading and more accurate rendering of website elements, resulting in a seamless website creation process.
- Add a highlight templates feature to showcase the most effective and popular templates from our customer-centric library.
- Introduce a template info section that provides customers with detailed information about each template, assisting them in selecting the best templates that suit their specific needs.
Minor updates and bug fixed
Fixed bug: Google Analytics 4 events were not tracked correctly when set up through Google Tag Manager.
Fixed bug: Tracking events would not consistently fire in AB Testing.
Fixed bug: (P) Swatches would reset their color when changing the assigned product preview.
