Terms & Conditions

1. Multi-store: 2 stores for 10% off, 3 stores & more for 20% off

- Available until Dec 31st, 2021.

- The discount is not cumulative with other discounts, except the 20% off Advanced plan discount.

- All store domains must be owned by you.

- All store domains must have GemPages installed.

2. 20% off Advanced plan

- Available until Dec 31st, 2021.

- Applicable for the New Pricing Plans.

- The discount is not cumulative with other discounts, except the Multi-store discount.

3. Waitlist-exclusive offer: 30% off the Business plan 

- Available until Dec 31st, 2021.

- The discount is not cumulative with other discounts. 

- The discount is eligible for people who signed up via the waiting list. 

- The discount can be used on one Shopify store only, with the account email similar to the email in the signup form.

- The discount is not applicable to current paying users. 

Questions & Answers

Q: I am a user of the old Advanced plan, do I still have the 3-store installations feature after the launch of the New pricing plans?

A: Yes, users of the old Advanced plan still keep this feature. To manage your store domains, please contact our Customer Support team.


Q: How can I apply for the new multi-store discount?

A: Please go to the app’s Upgrade page, look for the multi-store discount section and click “Make a Request”. Our Customer Support will verify your store domains, then send you the discount code and guidelines to apply it. 

 


Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel the discounted subscription?

A: Yes, you can. Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.


Q: Can I use the multi-store discount with the Shopify account of other users? 

A: No, the discount is only applicable to your own stores. If any misconduct is detected, GemPages holds the right to terminate our service to you.


Q: After I subscribe with the multi-store discount, can I add or remove stores?

A: Yes, you can. Please contact our Customer Support to get the updated subscription fees and guidelines to apply it. 


Q: How long do these discounts last?

A: These discounts are permanent and applicable for every month of your subscription.


Q: How long will it take for the discounts to be activated?
