Does GemPages work with my theme?
GemPages is compatible with all Shopify themes. Feel free to switch between themes as the GemEditor can work with any selected theme.
What will happen after I uninstall the app?
When you uninstall the app, your free trial or subscription will automatically be canceled. Your data stored within GemPages will be kept for 2 days. However, your products, collections, and live pages remained unaffected.
Can I edit CSS / HTML / JavaScript code by myself?
Right-click on the element you want to edit and select Edit Code. Depending on the nature of each element, you can customize the HTML, CSS, or JavaScript code.
Can GemPages work with other apps?
GemPages is integrated with 30+ Shopify Apps. With other applications, you can use the Liquid element to install them into your pages.
Can I transfer pages between different Shopify stores?
You can export your store design and transfer it to other stores that are GemPages-installed. Read our detailed tutorial here!
Is my personal and store data secured?

What can I expect in terms of new features and templates?
GemPages is known for frequent updates and improvements. We are working hard every day to deliver new and dynamic features & templates every month.

What are the working hours of GemPages' customer support?
GemPages is aiming towards providing professional and 24/7 customer service.
Currently, we’re in GMT+7 timezone so we are available to assist you within minutes from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+7).
Outside this schedule, requests will be received by our shift workers to process at the earliest opportunity, and definitely within 24 hours.
Pricing Plans
How can I change my current plan?
You can access our pricing plans and make changes by clicking the Upgrade Plan button at the bottom left corner of the GemPages Dashboard, or go to Account at the top right corner, select Account Settings then See plans.
Does GemPages offer any discount?
Discount rates apply to our Agency and Affiliate programs. We also offer free/discounted services for educational and non-profit organizations as a way to give back to the community.
Does GemPages have an annual plan?
Yes, for all 03 GemPages paid plans, we are allowing users to have a choice between Monthly and Yearly subscriptions. The full pricing table can be found here.
How does GemPages billing work?
Our monthly subscription is handled by Shopify along with its 30-day invoice. Please refer to Shopify's App Billing Cycles for more information.
What happens when I downgrade to a lower plan?
When you downgrade to a lower plan, exclusive features of the previous plan will be forfeited immediately. On the other hand, your subscription fee will be prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days left in your billing cycle. For more information, refer to Shopify's App Charges article.
What happens to my pages if I don’t renew my GemPages subscription?
Our subscription is linked with Shopify. If you don't renew both Shopify and GemPages subscriptions, you won't be able to access your Shopify store or use GemPages.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can choose to opt-out of our services anytime by deleting our application from the Shopify Admin Dashboard. No further fees will be charged to your account. After 2 days, your data will be removed from the GemPages server.
Can I transfer my GemPages subscription to another person?
GemPages subscription is linked with the Shopify store, which can be transferred along with the store ownership. View the detailed guide from Shopify here.
