How can I cancel my subscription?
Simply uninstall GemPages from your Shopify app list. The detailed guide can be found here. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle once GemPages has been uninstalled, and your personally sensitive information will be subject to erasure after two days.
What happens if I uninstall GemPages?
Before you uninstall GemPages, we’d love to help you get the most out of GemPages and ensure you’re making the best decision for your needs. Our dedicated support team is always here to listen to your concerns and offer solutions.
However, if you’ve made your decision to uninstall, it’s essential to understand the possible outcomes:
– If you uninstall GemPages via the GemPages Dashboard and choose to remove all code, your homepages, product pages, and collection pages created by GemPages will revert to Shopify’s default theme, while other pages will become unavailable.
– If you uninstall GemPages via the GemPages Dashboard without removing all codes, pages created by GemPages are temporarily not affected, but you won’t be able to edit these pages.

How does GemPages billing work?

Once you have opted for a paid plan, switching back to the free plan is impossible. Please contact our support team for further assistance.
Can I apply the multi-store and annual discounts at once?
Yes, you can apply the multi-store discount on the second store while receiving the annual discount. This is the only scenario in which combining two types of discounts simultaneously is possible.
Will there be any changes to the features of my legacy plan when I switch to the new GemPages plans?
Once the new pricing comes into effect:
– If you switch to a new plan, you will be offered a new set of features accordingly.
– If you keep using the current plan, your existing features will remain unaffected as long as you subscribe.
Please note that once GemPages is uninstalled and reinstalled, you will not be able to keep the legacy plan, and you will need to subscribe to one of the new plans.
Will there be any changes to my legacy plan after introducing the new pricing model?
Rest assured that the new pricing model will not affect your legacy subscriptions. It will only be applied to new installs or plan upgrades/downgrades from November 9th, 2022 onwards.

How can I stop being charged when I opt out of GemPages services?
Regarding any third-party subscriptions on Shopify, the most effective way to terminate a billing cycle is to uninstall the app so that Shopify can recognize the user’s desire to utilize the app no longer and cancel the next billing cycle. It is essential to point out that GemPages has no power concerning one’s billing cycle, and Shopify is solely responsible for managing all billing cycles. If you are still being charged after uninstalling GemPages, you are advised to contact Shopify support for further help.
I got double-charged for the same billing cycle. What should I do?
Shopify is the party that manages all of your billing cycles, including GemPages. It’s rare to be double-charged (charged twice during one billing cycle). However, please contact our Support Team for further assistance if this happens. With adequate proof of purchase, we’ll do our best to help you.
