When you have any questions related to GemPages, the Help Center should be the first stop you can access to look for the answer.
Our Help Center has hundreds of articles that cover almost every aspect when using GemPages: from elements, features, FAQs to troubleshooting. Before reaching customer support, we recommend that you check the Help Center to see if the question is already answered.
On the homepage, you can find the answer to your question by using the search box at the top or exploring the articles based on specific categories.
Click on “Video tutorials” on the top bar of the homepage to explore more tutorials from our Youtube channel.
When you have questions that our Help Center can’t solve, please reach out to our Customer Support for direct assistance.

Please be noted that attaching a screen capture to your support request will help us quickly understand and resolve your issue. There are many different ways to capture a screenshot or video. You can consider using Loom to record a video and LightShot to take a screenshot.
We currently don’t provide phone support, as email & live chat options allow us to instantly check your account and troubleshoot effectively.
You can also connect with other users at any time in the GemPages Community – an official GemPages Group. The Community is created for online sellers who are interested in GemPages. By joining the group, you can get frequent product updates or connect with many like-minded sellers and industry experts.
To make your experience with GemPages even better, we do provide a Feedback System for you to easily report a bug or request a new feature. From the feedback dashboard, you can also view the Changelog to see what our team has been working on.
Unable to contact Live chat support
Some ad-blocking software or browser add-ons may prevent the chat option from appearing. If you’re experiencing difficulties accessing the live chat, try to disable all ad blockers or browser add-ons, then refresh the page.
If the problem persists, reach out to our support team by email for further assistance.
For third-party integrations, GemPages only fetches the data from the app to display on your page. In case you have any concerns related to the app settings, it’s recommended to directly contact the app. Check out this article from Shopify to know how to get app support.
Why my page has a “This page is created by GemPages Support” label?
If you happen to observe that your live page contains a “This page is created by GemPages Support” label and are unsure how to eliminate it, here is the reason.
When you reach out to our support team for an issue, they can assist you to resolve it with a Demo template. Once the Demo template is published, it will include the label above. It’s important to note that this label cannot be removed. In such instances, we recommend duplicating the page and publishing the duplicate version to utilize as an alternative to our demo page.
