The app also features image captions and hover effects, adding an interactive layer to enhance customer engagement.

It supports video integration alongside images and offers a customizable lightbox, allowing full-screen image viewing with product links or details.

Troubleshooting: Image Gallery Not Working
If your image gallery is not displaying or functioning correctly, try the solutions below based on your setup.
Issue 1: Images are not showing in the gallery
This usually happens when image sources are missing or not uploaded correctly.
Try this:
- Check that all images are uploaded to your Shopify Files or the gallery app
- Confirm that image URLs are valid
- Reload the page to ensure images load properly
- Clear your browser cache and refresh the page
Tip: Large image files may take longer to load. Consider compressing images before uploading.
Issue 2: The gallery layout looks broken
This may occur due to CSS conflicts or incorrect layout settings.
Try this:
- Check your layout settings (Grid, Masonry, Carousel)
- Ensure column numbers match your design
- If using custom code, verify that CSS styles are applied correctly
- Temporarily disable custom CSS to test conflicts
If the layout still appears broken, contact the technical support team for assistance.
Issue 3: Gallery app is installed but not displaying
This may happen if the app is not properly embedded into your page.
Try this:
- Open the gallery app dashboard
- Confirm that the gallery is assigned to the correct page
- Re-embed the gallery section
- Save and publish the page again
Important: Some gallery apps require you to enable App Embed in Shopify Theme settings.
Issue 4: Gallery works on desktop but not on mobile
This usually relates to responsive settings.
Try this:
- Check mobile layout settings in the gallery app
- Reduce image sizes if mobile loading is slow
- Test the gallery using Shopify Preview mode
Issue 5: Gallery images are not clickable
If product tags or links do not work:
Try this:
- Verify that product links are correctly assigned
- Ensure the linked products are published
- Test the gallery again after saving changes
