Customer Email Address List

When a visitor submits their email address using forms like a Newsletter Signup or Contact Form, the data is saved in the Customers Section in Shopify Admin.

How to Access Saved Emails:

• Log in to your Shopify Admin.
• Navigate to Customers from the left-hand menu.
• Review the collected email addresses listed under the customer records.

These entries allow you to track and manage your subscribers or customers effectively.

Form Submissions

For other form submissions, such as general inquiries, Shopify handles data differently.

Form submissions are sent to your store’s sender email address. Shopify does not store these submissions within the admin panel. Instead, the information is emailed to the address configured in your Notifications Settings.

How to Configure the Sender Email Address in Shopify
