When will I start making money?
Once your account application is submitted, our team requires a maximum of three business days to review and approve it. You can start making money as soon as you are approved as an affiliate and start promoting GemPages.
How does the application approval process work?
We carefully review all applications manually, examining the information you provided and the content of your website, YouTube channel, or other social media accounts. This process may take up to three business days before your application is approved.
Why was my account rejected/suspended?
There may be several reasons, please refer to our Affiliate Agreement and Agency Agreement to know the details.
Why can’t I log in to my account?
If you’re having trouble logging into your GemPages Partner account, here are some possible reasons:
1. Your email or passport is incorrect
2. Your account may be blocked
3. Your account no longer exists

How are the sales tracked?
The sales are tracked through the unique tracking link provided to each affiliate. When a user clicks on your tracking link, we place cookies into his browser and they help us recognize that it is your referred user.
How are sales tracked as an agency?
As an agency, there are two methods for tracking sales. The first one involves utilizing a tracking link, while the second involves adding stores to your store management space for monitoring purposes.
What is a tracking link?
The tracking link is a unique URL issued by the system for each affiliate to track their clicks over a period of time and associate it with a unique affiliate.
How long does an affiliate cookie last?
The affiliate cookies are stored for 45 days. However, if a previous affiliate’s cookie is already placed in the same user’s browser, it will be overwritten with the new cookie. GemPages does not hold any responsibility for cookies that are deleted intentionally by the user.
How often are the clicks and conversions updated?
Clicks and conversions are updated in real-time on the Affiliate Dashboard.
What happens if the client cancels the plan?
GemPages offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. During this period, the clients may still be able to cancel the plan. If the client cancels his plan during this period, the commission is also revoked.
Is it possible for me to receive a commission if the transaction is completed without using my referral link?
Unfortunately, not. The commission is exclusively given for transactions that occur through your unique tracking link.
Commissions and Payouts
Will I get paid for GemPages renewals or upgrades?
Yes, you are eligible to receive additional commissions if a customer upgrades to a higher-tiered product in the future. In case a customer downgrades, you will still receive the commission associated with that downgrade.
Will I get paid for clicks?
Affiliates are not paid for clicks, only for qualifying purchases or referrals.
What are the different tiers of commission?
There are two commission tiers available. The first tier offers a 30% commission share, which is automatically granted to any affiliate or agency. The second tier enables you to achieve a 50% commission rate.
How can one qualify for tier 2?
Invitations will be extended to eligible affiliates who meet the criteria to join the program. Please note that only a restricted number of affiliates will have the opportunity to access this second tier.
How can I retain my tier status?
For the first tier, which is the baseline level, you can continue to enjoy its benefits as long as you remain an active affiliate. However, at Level 2, to maintain eligibility, affiliates are required to uphold a certain level of performance, fulfill their commitments, and meet specific volume and quality criteria.
What are the payout requirements?
To receive a payout for your commission, you must have a PayPal account. The minimum payout amount is $50. A flat 2% processing fee will be deducted from the PayPal payment.
Why is there a Paypal fee?
Please be aware that if there are any issues with the payment, such as reversals, chargebacks, or claims, you will be responsible for any fees, fines, or penalties that may arise. PayPal charges a transfer fee for processing payments, which we will deduct from the final payment amount. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When can I expect to receive payment?
Payout requests are processed on a monthly basis, typically during the first week of the second month following your request, provided that you submit the request before the 24th of the current month. If there are any delays, we recommend reaching out to our support team for assistance.
Can I get payment to my bank account?
Unfortunately not. The payments are only made through PayPal.
Do I need a Tax ID?
Tax ID is an identification number used for tax purposes and is reflected in the invoices. You can leave this field empty if you do not have a valid TAX ID.
Are my earnings taxable?
Your earnings from our partner program may be taxable depending on your place of residence. As a GemPages Partner, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are compliant with VAT regulations.
Why is my payout late?
If your payment is delayed, there could be several reasons such as delayed processing or problems with your PayPal account. Please contact our support team to address the issue.
What kind of provider do you offer?
We currently only provide PayPal. We are doing our best to offer a wider range of providers in the coming months.
Is there a limit to the number of stores I can add with the Agency Program?
No, there are no restrictions on the number of stores you can add. You have the flexibility to manage all of your clients’ stores conveniently from the dashboard.
How can I cancel my Partner Account?
If you wish to delete your partner account, you can do so by contacting your Account Manager or support team via Live Chat.
What happens if I violate GemPages’ Program Agreement?
GemPages reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and cancel all commission payments due if you violate any Program Agreement. Check out our Affiliate Agreement and Agency Agreement to for more details.
