How to Create a Popup on Your Page

Before linking a button to a popup, you need to create and customize the popup. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the GemPages Dashboard. Select the page where you want to add the popup.

Step 2: Use the search bar to find the Popup Element. Drag and drop the Popup Element onto your page.

Step 3: Drag and drop the element you want inside the popup.

Example: You can add a Contact Form to collect visitor inquiries, a Promotional Banner, or even a Countdown Timer for urgency.

How to Link a Button to a Popup

Once your popup is ready, follow these steps to connect it to a button:

Step 1: Click on the button you want to link to the popup.

Step 2: In the Settings Panel, find the Insert Link option.

Step 3: Click Insert Link to open the Link Picker. Choose Popup as the link type. Select the popup you want to link to the button.

Step 4: Click Save to apply the settings.

Now, when visitors click the button, the popup will appear.
