This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is provided by GemPages (“App,” “we,” or “our”) and is governed by following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms establish the legally binding rules applicable to participation in the Promotion, including the rights, obligations, and limitations of eligible Users (“You” or “Your”).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and GemPages’ general Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to participate in the Promotion.
Promotion Period
From 00:00 UTC on April 1st, 2026, to 23:59 UTC on May 10th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
This Promotion is available to Users who, during the Promotion Period: (i) install the GemPages app; and (ii) make their first-ever payment for a paid subscription plan. For the avoidance of doubt, the following circumstances shall apply:
- Users who first install GemPages during the Promotion Period and upgrade to a paid subscription.
- Users who have installed the app and are using the free plan without having made any prior payment are eligible and can apply the discount code upon making their first payment.
- Users who reinstall the app are also eligible, provided they have never made any payment for a GemPages paid plan.
- Users who have previously made any payment for a GemPages paid plan are not eligible for this Promotion, regardless of whether they uninstall and reinstall the app.
Promotion Details
- Phase 1 — Early Bird (April 1st – April 10th, 2026): Eligible customers will receive a 50% discount on the first payment of any plan. Limited to the first 20 eligible installations.
- Phase 2 — Main Campaign (April 11th – April 30th, 2026): Eligible customers will receive a 40% discount on the first payment of any plan. No redemption limit.
- Phase 3 — Close Campaign (May 1st – May 10th, 2026): Eligible customers will receive a 30% discount on the first payment of any plan. No redemption limit.
- Bonus Offer: Customers who make their first GemPages payment during the Promotion Period will receive 3 months of free GemX (Page Optimization plan), automatically applied to stores with no prior GemX payment history.
Exclusions
- This discount does not apply to any fees or payments incurred before or after the Promotion Period.
- The discount code cannot be redeemed for cash or used retroactively.
- This Promotion may not be combined with any other ongoing offers, discounts, or promotional programs.
Modification or Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Any such modification or termination shall be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or in-app announcements.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users who have received and validly applied a discount code prior to the effective date of any modification or termination shall remain entitled to the originally offered benefit, provided they continue to meet all eligibility criteria and comply fully with these Terms.
General Conditions
- The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- We reserve the right to disqualify any User from participating in the Promotion if they are found to be in violation of these Terms or the General Terms and Conditions of GemPages.
- Users acknowledge and agree that any failure to comply with these Terms will result in immediate suspension or revocation of their eligibility to participate in the Promotion.

4. What happens if I cancel and resubscribe later?
This promo code is valid for one-time use only. If you cancel your plan and resubscribe, even within the “Promotion Period”, you won’t be able to apply the code again.
