What is Dynamic Offer?
Dynamic Offers allow you to set conditions for the products displayed on the post-purchase offer page, tailoring promotions to individual customer behaviors. For example:
- Offer any product in Collection A priced over $1000.
- Offer any product in the store but priced under $500.
- Offer the most expensive or the cheapest product in the buyer’s order.
How to Use Dynamic Offer?
Step 1: Open the Sales Funnel
If you already have a sales funnel set up, select it and click Edit. Otherwise, create a new funnel.
Step 2: Click on Add product to edit the offer
GemPages provides two offer types:
- Specific Offers: Choose up to 4 specific products to showcase, each with unique discounts.
- Custom Offers: Dynamically display products based on conditions you define.
If You Choose Custom Offers
Dynamic Offers allow you to set conditions that tailor your recommendations. Here’s how each condition works:
Types of conditions to setup | Status | How it works |
1. Any product in the collection

If you set up “Any product in collection” is “Jan new”, any 4 products from this collection will be randomly displayed on the post-purchase page.
If you set up Product in Collection is not “Jan new”, none of your product in this collection will be displayed at the post-purchase offer pages. |
2. Any product price

Fill in your benchmark price. |
3. Specific product
|
|
Choose the specific product(s) to be displayed (or not) on the post-purchase page. |
4. *Product in order
|
|
Offer the exact product contained in the order with the most expensive or the cheapest price. |
Additional Conditions
“AND” Conditions: Products must meet all criteria to appear in the offer.
“OR” Conditions: Products need to meet any one of the criteria, offering broader flexibility and random selection from eligible items.
Step 3: Design Your Post-Purchase Offer Page
After setting your conditions, click Edit Page to open the GemPages Editor. The familiar drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to design an engaging post-purchase page.
