Terms and Conditions – Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2025

This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is provided by GemPages (“App,” “we,” or “our”) and is governed by following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms establish the legally binding rules applicable to participation in the Promotion, including the rights, obligations, and limitations of eligible Users (“You” or “Your”).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and GemPages’ general Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to participate in the Promotion.

Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 00:00 UTC on October 1, 2025, to 23:59 UTC on December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

This Promotion is available to Users who, during the Promotion Period: (i) install the GemPages app; and (ii) make their first-ever payment for a paid monthly subscription plan. For the avoidance of doubt, the following circumstances shall apply:

• Users who have installed the app and are using the free plan without having made any prior payment are eligible and can apply the discount code upon making their first payment.
• Users who reinstall the app are also eligible, provided they have never made any payment for a GemPages paid plan.
• Users who have previously made any payment for a GemPages paid plan are not eligible for this Promotion, regardless of whether they uninstall and reinstall the app.

Discount Offer

• Eligible Users will be afforded a 20% reduction on the initial payment for any GemPages Monthly Plan during the promotional period. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout for new users who meet the eligibility criteria.
• In addition, eligible participants may participate in the BFCM Spin & Win program available on the GemPages Black Friday & Cyber Monday Landing Page in order to obtain an exclusive discount code. Upon receipt of the discount code, participants shall refer to the “How to apply code” section below for detailed instructions.
• Users can only use the discount code as instructed.
• Only one (01) discount code can be used per User. 
• A total of three hundred (300) discount codes are available under this Promotion. The Promotion shall automatically terminate upon redemption of all available discount codes, or at the end of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first. 
• Each eligible User may apply the discount code one (01) time. Upon application, the discount shall be automatically applied to the User’s subscription across three (03) consecutive monthly billing cycles, as defined by Shopify’s billing system. In the event the subscription is canceled during the Promotion Period, any remaining discounted months shall be deemed forfeited and will not be carried forward, reinstated, or otherwise recoverable.

Exclusions

• This discount does not apply to any fees or payments incurred before or after the Promotion Period. 
• The discount code cannot be redeemed for cash or used retroactively. 
• This Promotion may not be combined with any other ongoing offers, discounts, or promotional programs.

Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Any such modification or termination shall be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or in-app announcements.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users who have received and validly applied a discount code prior to the effective date of any modification or termination shall remain entitled to the originally offered benefit, provided they continue to meet all eligibility criteria and comply fully with these Terms. 

General Conditions

• The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any User from participating in the Promotion if they are found to be in violation of these Terms or the General Terms and Conditions of GemPages.
• Users acknowledge and agree that any failure to comply with these Terms will result in immediate suspension or revocation of their eligibility to participate in the Promotion.

Step 2: Go to the in-app Pricing page

Step 3: Scroll down through the pricing section until the Enter discount code bar appears in the upper left corner

Step 4: Apply the valid code to reveal discounted prices for monthly plans

Step 5: Pick your plan and go to the checkout like usual.

1. Who is eligible for this promotion?

3. I entered the code but didn’t get the discount. Why?

The code is only applied to first-time subscribers upgrading to monthly plans. Double-check the plan and ensure your account hasn’t previously subscribed.

4. Can I combine this promo with other offers/codes?

This promo can NOT be combined with other discounts or coupon codes.

5. What happens if I cancel and resubscribe later?

This promo code is valid for one-time use only. If you cancel your plan and resubscribe, even within the “Promotion Period”, you won’t be able to apply the code again.

6. How long is the promo code valid?
